Delete Your Account

You can delete your PulseSoul account at any time. Deletion is permanent - please read what it removes before you proceed.

Option 1 - Delete inside the app (fastest)

• Open PulseSoul on your phone.
• Go to Settings → Account.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately.

Option 2 - Request deletion by email

No access to the app anymore? Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my PulseSoul account” from any address, and include the phone number your account is registered with. We may need to verify you own the number before deleting.

What gets deleted

• Your account, phone number registration and profile (name, photo, about).
• Your messages, statuses, Family Moments and media stored on our servers.
• Your Family Graph connections and CareShield settings and signals.
• Push tokens and device registrations.

Deletion of server data completes within 30 days of the request.

What deletion cannot reach

• Copies that already live on other people’s devices - for example, a message or photo you sent them, exactly as with SMS or email.
• Backups you made to your own Google Drive. Those files belong to your Google account; delete them in Google Drive whenever you wish.
• Minimal records we must keep briefly for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons, which are then erased.
