Trust is engineered
A family app holds a family's life. Here is - plainly - how PulseSoul protects yours.
Private communication
Conversations, calls and media move over encrypted connections (TLS) between your phone and our servers, and calls are carried over encrypted real-time channels.
Protected at rest
Messages, photos, statuses and moments are stored encrypted on our servers - each item individually sealed with AES-GCM, so raw content never sits readable on disk.
Secure authentication
Your account is protected by verified sign-in and rotating session tokens, with sessions you can end at any time by signing out.
Privacy-first architecture
The Family Graph is the permission system. Visibility of moments, statuses and CareShield signals follows confirmed relationships - never public, never searchable.
Your cloud, your files
Google Drive backups use Drive's most restrictive permission (drive.file): PulseSoul can only see files it created itself. Your wider Drive stays invisible to us.
Data minimalism
We collect what the product needs to work - nothing more. No ad identifiers, no selling or renting data, no third-party ad SDKs.
What we say — and what we don't
We do not claim end-to-end encryption today.
PulseSoul encrypts your data in transit and at rest on our servers. Full end-to-end encryption - where even we mathematically cannot read messages - is on our roadmap. Many apps blur this line in their marketing; we would rather earn your trust by drawing it clearly. This page will change the day the cryptography does.
Found a vulnerability?
We welcome responsible disclosure. Write to [email protected] with the subject “Security report” and we will respond quickly and gratefully.

Bring your family closer.
One app for the conversations, the calls, the memories and the care. Private by principle, beautiful by design.
